***UPDATE*** check the NEWS section for the results of the 2007 Bundeschampionat This dressage power couple runs their own training barn in Germany, where they specialize in the training young horses up to the highest levels. Helen received her education under the watchful eye of Olympian Ingrid Klimke and Klaus Balkenhol. Helen trained and competed the Westphalian stallion Damon Hill (Donnerhall x Rubinstein) in the 2005 Worldchampionships, which they won with a with a dream score of 9.02 (for more information click here). Ingrid Klimke showed Damon Hill a year later in the 2006 Worldchampionships and earned the reserve champion's title with 8.60 (for more information click here). Sebastian received his education by Hans-Juergen Armbrust and Olympian Heike Kemmer. Later he worked as a Bereiter for Michael Klimke. Helen & Sebastian were able to qualify a total of 4 horses for the 2007 Bundeschampionat, which is a remarkable accomplishment considering the stiff competition in Germany. Helen & Sebastian are a team and we are very excited to have them share their knowledge and experience with us. On request, they will ride your horse on the first day in order to give better instructions throughout the clinic. Tentative schedule - please check regularly as times will change to accommodate everyone. If you see a time that works better for you even though it is marked as taken, please let me know because Kristin and my schedule is very flexible. We will try to make it work for everyone.
Haul-in fee is $15 per horse, payable to KGF Equestrian Center. NON-riders - Auditing fee is $25 per day. Payable to Cavallis, LLC. Location: indoor arena, KGF Equestrian Center Free Advice :) Be warmed up and ready to work (walk, trot, canter) at the beginning of your lesson - instead of using your lesson time for warm up and suppeling exercises... unless of course you specifically want help with your warm up routine... Disclaimer: Please note that if you are signed up and cannot attend for any reason, you are responsible for either finding a replacement rider or paying the riding fee.
