TRAINING

Our Philosophy

First and foremost, riding should be fun. While riders work hard toward their goals, they should enjoy their time spent with their horse and the process of learning. Here at Cavallis, we believe that horses have minds and personalities of their own, as do people, so each horse may need a specialized program or routine to suit it's needs. We try to make each ride an enjoyable learning experience from which both horse and rider can benefit.

At Cavallis the training of the horses takes place without time pressure. The spectrum of training comprises the basic work up to Grand Prix standard. Depending on the specialties of each horse and its talents the training takes between several months and years. The chance to get to know each horse in this period very carefully, gives the Cavallis Team the possibility of a very specific customer advisory service. During their training time with Cavallis we offer you to show your horse at horse shows to achieve a certain show routine, and to test their progress in the training.

   The Cavallis Team offers their clients full service. This starts with the grooming, goes further with getting the horses trained or receiving individual lessons for horse and rider and does not end with the coaching at horse shows. The level depends on the standard of education of the horse and owner and goes from preliminary to FEI level. Twice a day each horse gets out of its stall. Besides the dressage and jumping training in the outdoor or indoor arena, a stay in the paddock or an extended ride through the Bridle Trail State Park can be on the schedule.

TRAINING In GERMANY

We can offer you the rare opportunity to do an extensive training at our German training facility. Together with our German Cavallis instructors, which are all fluent in English,  we will work out a training schedule that fits your personal needs and goals. We can provide you with well trained lesson horses for all levels. We also offer full training arrangements for you and your horse.

We also offer you to leave your newly purchased prospect in full training with us until he has reached the level of training that is appropriate or satisfying for you. case just bought a youngster or an older horses and would love to keep it in training for a few month or a year, contact us and we will arrange its training with some of the best German riders and trainers.
