Barn Christmas Party at Linda's house. We had a blast - as usual...

December 15

Thank you all, for the warm welcome and the great time that I had during my stay in Seattle. There is never enough time but I enjoyed every second of it! I feel so fortunate to have all these great people around me that I can call friends!

Here are my WOWs to Siggi!

"Siggi, YOU have done an AWESOME job with all our clients, their "puppies" and our sales horses. I could not have chosen a better person to step into my footprints, you fill them quite well!"

;-)

...always keep that smile up !!!

December 1

Jama and Mio getting ready for their Christmas season. A big hello from the two cuties to Simone, Mio's former owner!

November 30

Sandra took some pictures during her flight to LA as a "groom" for the horses shipped by Klatte to the U.S.

November 29

Today we applied unconventional methods in order to get Livi to step away from the wall and face the scary drain in the middle of the wash-stall. It finally worked and he stood bravely all by himself - one foot on the drain, the other in a water puddle - we got the job done ;0)

November 28

preparation for the new outdoor arena footing...

Almost ready...

Siggi and Mio are the first to ride on the new footing but it was frozen, believe it or not - so we really just took the picture and went back inside

The new arena footing at KGF Equestrian Center is finally in and we are ready to use it...now it just has to stop being so darn cold... brrrrr.......

November 26

Siggi and her husband, Chris, installed new shelving and organized the Cavallis office/tack-room until 1am in the morning.  The result is pretty amazing and we hope that our clients will enjoy the improved space as it is meant to be.

November 24

Mio heard that Sandra is visiting him in Seattle next week - he is sooooo... happy!!

November 9

Greetings to Germany from the other site of the World.

We just got the confirmation about our newest Perfect Match!

Linda Nellans purchased the 8 year old Hanoverian Gelding Ravell who is a son of the famous Rubinstein.

What a cute pair!

Let Mr. Livingston know his roommate will arrive soon!

Good luck you two,

P.S. How come that the small ladies always go for the big dark guys ;-)

October 10

Siggi's Mrs. Brie moved closer to home and found a very cozy spot at family Romney's place about 3 minutes from KGF Equestrian Center.  Now she sees Siggi much more often because she is so close...

October 9

An email from Laurie to Sandra praising her Livi,

"Hi You!!

Did you hear we went for a trail ride? Do you realize how intelligent he is? I think he must be one of the smartest horses I've ever met. He is really turning into a sweety. I had a short lesson with Sig today. She rode first then I rode for a bit. He felt great, just a bit tired still.
He has not been spookey at all and is really looking to us for direction.
He is great. Please pass this onto Marion for me."

Sandra's reply, "...I did ;-)"

October 6

Mr. Livingston has arrived safely.  Laurie waited for him anxiously at 6am in the morning.

Cavallis trainer and students competed in the Champagne Classics at Donida Farm in Auburn.  The classes were relatively big with 15 or more competitors per class and the judges were tough but we still managed to place in the top 10% in Second and Third level.

-July 8-10, 2005  -

Kecia & DC, Siggi & Kando and Laurie went to the show at WEC on Whidbey Island.

Kecia & D.C. entered a total of 4 classes at First & Second Level.  Their rides resulted in two first, one second and one third place -  with achieving qualifying scores for the Championships in all of them.

Siggi & Kando entered 3 classes at First & Second Level.  They came home with two first places and one second place, as well as qualifying scores in all of them.

Laurie, the proud owner of Kando, kicked all of our butts, keeping us on time, tidy and on track... THANK YOU Laurie!!! We could have not done it without you!!

CONGRATULATIONS to you two (from a German friend)
